SHIPPING

We will deliver your artwork to the address you have specified. Once we have dispatched your artwork, we can no longer amend the address. We work together with various qualified carriers, both inside and outside the European Union. When your artwork is dispatched, we will give you a track & trace code, which gives you the opportunity to trace your artwork. We undertake to deliver artwork between 2 – 4 weeks.  If a delivery is delayed, we will notify you via e-mail. We guarantee that a delivery will always be made within 30 days of our order confirmation. If we do not meet that guarantee, you have the option to request an immediate refund of the purchase price for the artwork.

RETURNS

You can always return an artwork, provided you do so within 14 days of receipt (the “withdrawal period”) . To return artwork, you can fill out the return-form, or send an email to info@clicque.art. Upon confirmation by us, you must send the artwork back within 7 days. We will fully refund the purchase price within fourteen days after having received your returned artwork. Cost for return shipments shall be borne by you.

During the withdrawal period, you shall exercise due care in handling the artwork and its packaging. You will only remove packaging and use the artwork to the extent that this is necessary to establish whether or not you want to keep the artwork. The artwork must be returned in perfect condition, including their original packaging and the Certificate of Authenticity. Otherwise we are unable to accept your return.
